Advanced therapies designed to support healing, recovery, and long-term vitality at the cellular level.
Regenerative medicine represents a paradigm shift in healthcare — instead of masking symptoms, these therapies harness your body's natural repair mechanisms to promote genuine healing and restoration at the cellular level. All regenerative treatments are prescribed and ordered by our Medical Director (MD) and administered by our clinical team under physician standing orders.
Peptides are short chains of amino acids that serve as signaling molecules in the body, instructing cells to perform specific functions. Peptide therapy leverages these naturally occurring compounds to optimize biological processes — from cellular repair and immune regulation to hormone production and metabolism. As we age, our natural peptide production declines, contributing to slower recovery, reduced vitality, and diminished cellular function.
Based on your health assessment and goals, our Medical Director prescribes a specific peptide protocol tailored to your needs. Peptides may be administered via subcutaneous injection, oral capsules, or topical application depending on the type and intended target. Once introduced, these peptides bind to specific receptors on cell surfaces, triggering targeted biological responses — such as increased growth hormone release, enhanced tissue repair, improved immune function, or optimized metabolic activity.
Most peptide therapies are not FDA-approved for these specific uses. Individual results vary; no specific outcome is guaranteed.
Peptide therapy begins with a comprehensive consultation to assess your health history, current concerns, and wellness objectives. Your personalized peptide protocol is prescribed by our Medical Director based on this assessment. Our registered nurse administers the therapy under physician standing orders. Most patients begin to notice benefits — improved energy, better sleep, faster recovery — within 2-4 weeks of consistent use. Treatment duration and protocols are adjusted by the physician based on your response and evolving goals.
Peptide therapy is well-suited for adults looking to support recovery, optimize cellular health, improve body composition, or address age-related decline in energy and vitality. It is not recommended for individuals who are pregnant or breastfeeding, those with active cancer, or patients with a history of hormone-sensitive conditions without physician clearance. Your provider will review your complete health history during consultation to confirm this therapy is appropriate for you.

Testosterone Replacement Therapy is a physician-prescribed treatment for men with clinically low testosterone (hypogonadism) who are experiencing related symptoms — low libido, persistent fatigue, depressed mood, loss of muscle mass, brain fog, or reduced physical performance. TRT restores testosterone to a healthy physiologic range to help you feel and function at your best.
Our program follows current Endocrine Society and AUA clinical guidelines. Your protocol is designed and prescribed by our Medical Director, Christopher Ray, MD, and administered or self-injection-trained by our registered nurse, Kaitlyn N. Félix, MSN, RN. Testosterone is a federally controlled Schedule III substance, and our program includes the documentation, monitoring, and safeguards required for safe long-term care.
Your journey begins with a consultation and a comprehensive baseline lab panel — including total and free testosterone (drawn in the morning), estradiol, LH, FSH, SHBG, PSA, CBC, CMP, lipid panel, and hemoglobin A1c. Our Medical Director reviews your results alongside a detailed health history, symptom assessment, and cardiovascular risk profile, then designs a personalized protocol specifying dose and injection frequency. Follow-up labs are drawn at the 3-month mark, again at 6 months, and every 6 months thereafter to fine-tune your protocol and monitor safety.
TRT may be appropriate for adult men with:
Your provider will review your complete health history and labs to confirm whether TRT is right for you.
Benefits are typically seen within 3–6 months. Individual responses vary; no specific outcome is guaranteed.
After your initial consultation and baseline labs, results typically return within 3–7 business days. Our Medical Director will review your results during a follow-up visit and design your protocol. Treatment is most commonly delivered as Testosterone Cypionate (an injectable form), given intramuscularly or subcutaneously once or twice per week. Many patients are trained to self-inject at home; in-clinic administration is also available. Most patients begin to notice early improvements in energy and libido within 4–6 weeks, with continued benefits developing over 3–6 months.
Hormone optimization is not appropriate for everyone. The following are absolute contraindications:
Use with caution — requires additional screening:
All candidates are screened by our Medical Director with baseline labs (including PSA for male patients) before initiating therapy.
TRT is safe for most appropriately screened men, but it does carry risks that we manage with regular monitoring:
Full risks, alternatives, and safeguards are reviewed in detail during your consultation and in our written informed consent.
TRT is not covered by insurance at Félix Vida Wellness. A written Good Faith Estimate is provided before treatment begins.

PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) hair restoration is a non-surgical treatment that uses your body's own concentrated growth factors to stimulate dormant hair follicles, strengthen thinning hair, and promote natural regrowth. By delivering a powerful dose of healing platelets directly to the scalp, PRP reactivates the hair growth cycle and improves follicle health — all without medication or surgery.
A small blood sample is drawn and placed in a centrifuge to separate the platelet-rich plasma from the red blood cells. This concentrated PRP — rich in growth factors that support tissue repair and cellular regeneration — is then injected into targeted areas of the scalp where thinning or hair loss is occurring. The growth factors stimulate blood flow to the hair follicles, encourage the transition from the resting phase to the active growth phase, and promote the development of thicker, stronger hair strands. All injections are performed under physician standing orders.
The procedure takes approximately 45–60 minutes. After a brief blood draw, your PRP is prepared while the treatment area is cleaned and prepped. A topical numbing agent may be applied for comfort. The PRP is then injected into the scalp using a series of small, targeted injections. You may experience mild tenderness, redness, or swelling at the injection sites for 1–2 days. Most patients begin to notice reduced shedding within 4–6 weeks, with visible new growth and improved thickness over 3–6 months. A series of 3–4 treatments spaced 4–6 weeks apart is typically recommended, followed by maintenance sessions every 4–6 months.
PRP hair restoration is ideal for men and women experiencing early to moderate hair thinning or loss — particularly those with androgenetic alopecia (pattern hair loss), stress-related thinning, or postpartum hair loss. It works best when hair follicles are still present but miniaturized (producing thinner, weaker hair). PRP is not recommended for individuals with complete baldness in the treatment area, active scalp infections, blood disorders, or those taking blood-thinning medications without physician clearance. Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
